Sunday Slowdowns are back!

Across the Autumn and Winter I’ll be hosting a range of regular online and in-person offerings on Sunday evenings to help you to rediscover calm, release stress and restore balance, starting this Sunday (24th Sept) at 8pm with an online Sunday Slowdown* (*recording also available to purchase if you can’t make it live)

Sundays are all about slowing down and resetting the nervous system ready to start the week ahead relaxed, calm and strong! My Sunday evening schedule over the next couple of seasons is going to set you up for a great night’s sleep and feeling energised for the week ahead.

More than just the original online Sunday Slowdowns I started during lockdown, I have a schedule of online and in-person Workshops coming too, to help you nurture your wellbeing during the cosy months.

The schedule kicks off this Sunday with my online Sunday Slowdown. Join me for an hour of time just for you, Bring your attention within, wind down from your week/weekend and prepare for the new week ahead by joining me for an hour of deep relaxation and connection.

The theme for the session is the Autumn Equinox in celebration of the change in season, and the opportunity this brings to release and let go.

During the session, I’ll guide you to connect with your body using the breath, then will help you to relax more deeply with guided visualisation. Then using the principles of Gentle Release Therapy I’ll encourage you to connect with how your body feels, and to anything you’re holding on to which would be beneficial to let go of. Letting go of this stress, tension and emotion can allow more energy to freely flow, and improve our sense of wellbeing.

This is a cameras off/mic off event over ZOOM, so snuggle up on the sofa (or better still, in bed), pop-on some soothing music and let me guide you into relaxation, and give yourself permission to connect with your body, mind and spirit for just an hour.

Rediscover Calm. Release Stress. Restore Balance.
