Spring-into-Summer Mini Retreat Giveaway!

I’m celebrating 2 years of running my retreats by running a GIVEAWAY on my Facebook and Instagram pages (Facebook: ‘Retreats by Jane Singleton Wellbeing and Instagram: ‘Retreats_by_Jane_Singleton’. My Mini-Retreats are specifically curated for women who are busy focussing on everyone and everything else, and forget about themselves along the way. They’re very informal, and intimate, and are aimed at women who love the idea of trying new ways to nurture their wellbeing but would never book onto a retreat (retreats for women who don’t do retreats, you could say!).

All my Mini-Retreats are held at Yoga Local in Wellingborough, a stunning intimate venue which has been my home for these events over the last 2 years. The Mini-Retreat will run for 4.5 hours, and you’ll arrive just before 11am. Our day will begin with some gentle, soothing yoga (completely suitable for complete beginners, new mums and seasoned yogi’s alike). My preferred style of yoga is very mindful. It’s a blend of restorative and yin you, meaning we will spend most of our time down on the mat, making full use of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support our bodies as we move into different positions and really notice how our bodies feel.

After this session, you’ll enjoy a relaxed lunch, individually plated and full of the tasty seasonal treats you selected from my menu ahead of the day. This is a lovely opportunity to either chat to others, or take some quiet time.  

After lunch, we’ll all enjoy a sound healing session together led by Josie, the owner of the studio, who will guide us into a blissful 30 minutes of deep, restorative rest to the sound of her playing gong and singing bowls.

And if that doesn’t leave you feeling quite relaxed enough, you’ll then settle down under a cosy blanket to enjoy a guided relaxation session blending Yoga Nidra and Gentle Release techniques, where I’ll invite you to connect with your breath and your body and let go of anything that no longer serves you that you might be holding onto it, be that tension in the body, emotions or thoughts, whatever resonates for you to enable you to leave feeling lighter, refreshed and energised.  

If you’re not successful in winning a prize in the competition but you’d you’d like to book your space, spaces are £75. A deposit of £30 (or the full balance) secures your space; an instalment plan is also available, please ask.
