How to access the Spleen-9 acupressure point for self-care at home

This powerful point can be found on the inside of the knee on both legs. With your knee bent, it can be easily found by running your thumb or fingertip underneath of the shin (tibia) on the inside of each leg. As you come up towards the top (towards the inside of the knee), you’ll naturally come to a stop – this is the point! Apply some pressure with your fingertip or thumb – don’t be surprised if it feels tender, achy or sore. Hold the point for a minute, applying a comfortable level of pressure, then move to the other leg and repeat. If available to you, holding both points simultaneously afterwards can amplify the results.

Remember, this point is all about supporting urinary and digestive issues – give it a try and see how you feel. Repeat a few times a day for a week, and see if you notice any changes.
