Nurture your Hormones Mini-Retreat – Saturday 19th November

This retreat is perfect for you if you’re peri-menopausal (or think you might be), are struggling with your fertility or generally feel out of sorts. As well as giving you a greater insight into symptoms of hormone imbalance, it will incorporate practical sessions to support you to nurture your wellbeing, including guided facial reflexology for hormonal self-care, breathwork for relaxation & anxiety release & a guided Yoga Nidra/Gentle Release to finish. You’ll also be served a nutritious brunch and be guided as to why nutrition is so important for your hormonal wellbeing.
